Our Extended Team
We work with a small, trusted network of collaborators (coaches, educators, and practitioners) brought in as needed. We tag each other in as needed to deliver the best possible learning experience for each client. We are happy to partner with internal teams and departments (training, operational excellence) as well.
Our Values
The Golden Rule
Treat people with dignity and respect. Improvement only works when people feel safe, heard, and valued.
The Growth Mindset
Assume learning is always possible. Mistakes are information, not failure, and progress comes from curiosity, not certainty.
Our Approach
Go see
Observe the real work where it happens.
Ask why
Seek understanding before solutions.
Show respect
Assume people are doing their best within the system.
Learn through PDCA
Plan → Do → Study → Act to test and adapt ideas.
